I built Star Wars X-Wing fighter plastic model.
There are many illumination which are connected to LEDs through fibers.
This is 1/48 scale model, so there is not enough space to install these LEDs and fibers inside.
But I tried to do it.

RC Bell 222 first test flight : Additional photos

Here are some additional photos of my first test flight which my friend took for me.
There are very nice.

By the way, the size of this RC heli is about 130 cm long, and 5Kg with 50 size Gas Power engine.

It was successful test flight of my RC Bell 222 today.

Originally I have JR Air Skipper II RC heli, and tried to mount it onto Bell 222 scale body.
This body is built not for Air Skipper but Align Heli, so I have to modify it on many parts to fit it.

Taiwan Trip : Exciting Night Market

Have you ever been to Taiwan before ?
I have been there a couple of time.
One of most exciting and enjoyable place is "night market place".
There are many small shops to sell every thing (foods, souvenirs, closes) .... you want to buy.

There is one famous snack stand to sell "big fried chicken".
We had to wait 30 min to get it on the line.

It is crispy and juicy.
I think you will love it.

Trip to Orlando and Hawaii in Dec

I decided to trip to Orlando and Hawaii with my wife in Dec.
I have been the medallion member of Delta Air for more than 10 years. They gave me a couple of "choice benefits" after I was promoted to Platinum or Diamond member ship. One of them is "global upgrade voucher". So I could upgrade our economy tickets to business class by this voucher.  This is nice system, but I have to purchase expensive normal economy tickets than discount economy one.  But still it is reasonable price compare to discount business tickets.

My plan is to fly into Orlando first, and stay 2-3 days there to enjoy Universal Studio Florida, then jump to Honolulu to have a rest on the Waikiki Beach for 2-3 days.

I am really looking forward to this trip !!

Star Wars : My R2-D2

Currently, I am trying to build Star Wars X-Wing fighter, and R2-D2 model is included in the kit.
This is 1/48 scale model, so this R2-D2 is too small for me to paint.
I tried it, seems not too bad.

Star Wards X-Wing fighter Plastic Model

Some additional work was done on the X-Wing part.

I wanted to install very bright large LEDs inside rocket engine.

In order to realize this, I have to do complex wiring inside the X-wings. This is very hard.

Engine test looks good !!

But it was done successfully.

Building up Star Wars X-wing fighter plastic model last 1-2 weeks with some modification.
I'm trying to install LED illumination for cockpit and rocket engines.

Sarah Àlainn short live stage

Hi

As I wrote before, I came to know Sarah as one of emerging young singer having beautiful and clear voice.
I found some of short live show would be held in some city as sales campaign.
Then I went one of there with my wife.

It was held on the small stage on the top of shopping mall in the city, but it was fantastic and exciting show.

And got the signature !

I haven't. But I was so much impressed when I listened her song "A time for us" on the radio this week.
Then I went to music shop to but her CD immediately.
